1018. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health how a person can gain access to personal assistant, PA, support; the number of new applicants that were accepted onto the scheme in each of the past five years; and the number of persons who left the scheme during that period. [27671/13]

Assisted living services including personal assistant services are provided by the Health Service Executive. Accordingly the Department has asked the HSE to provide the Deputy directly with the information requested.
