571. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if his Department has now issued full approval of the contract documents for the Donegal Group B sewerage schemes; the amount of funding that has been made available by his Department for the progression of these schemes in 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Donegal (Group B) Wastewater Treatment Plants contract is included in my Department’s Water Services Investment Programme 2010-2013 as a contract to start during the life of the programme. Donegal County Council’s Contract Documents for the work are under examination in my Department and a decision will be made as soon as possible.
