Deputy Gerald Nash asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will provide details of the Office of Public Works plans to redevelop the old employment exchange building at Barrack Street, Dundalk, County Louth; the plans the OPW has for potential future use of the building; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works is currently engaged with Louth County Council regarding a number of state property sites in the country, including the Barrack Street property. A further meeting between officials will take place in the near future.
