125. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if an agreement can be reached in respect of an overpayment in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29715/13]
View answerArrangements will be made to facilitate the recovery of the overpayment as requested by the person concerned. A form has issued on 18/6/13, the person concerned can indicate on this form the amount to be deducted on a weekly basis. This form must also be signed by the spouse of the person concerned indicating they are in agreement to the deductions from their claim. On receipt of the completed form the Department will proceed to recover the overpayment.
