The Deputy is referring to PQ Reference Number 21954/13 of 9th May 2013 which referred to salaries in respect of the two seconded individuals being recouped from Horse Sport Ireland Limited. The overheads including pensions relating to those salaries were also recouped. Recoupment from Horse Sport Ireland in respect of the persons referred to above commenced from the time of their secondment to Horse Sport Ireland.

The three other persons referred to by the Deputy served as Director General of the Irish Horse Board at various times between 1993 and 2008.
