On 7th May 2013, the person named sought a review of the penalty decision which was made following a REPS inspection in 2011. This review is currently under way in the Department. A decision will be made as quickly as possible and the person named will be advised of the position. Following the Department’s review process, the person named will have the option of referring the case to the Agriculture Appeals Office if she is unhappy with the outcome.
