508. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding plantation approval in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry. [30269/13]

Because of the location of the site proposed for planting, specialist inputs were required both from an archaeological and a landscape perspective. This work is now complete and a decision on the application by the person named will shortly be expedited.
