Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Health the reason there is an extra long waiting period for access to speech therapy in the County Carlow area, more so than any other area; if there is an appropriate level of resources in place to tackle the waiting list in County Carlow; and when additional staff will be taken on to tackle this problem.
