Deputy Seamus Healy asked the Minister for Health if he will instruct the Health Service Executive to carry out a disability impact assessment of public toilets leased by local authorities and if he will provide the cost of leasing contracts for superloo toilets to each local authority; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I would like to advise the Deputy that I have no function in relation to the matter raised. Matters such as public toilets and such ancillary issues are under the control of Local Authorities which come under the auspices of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government.
