Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance if the special liquidators of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation have complied with all their obligations to file in the High Court since the date of their appointment; and, if not, the specific filing obligations with the High Court that the special liquidators have not complied with since the date of their appointment. I have been advised by the Special Liquidators that they do not have any obligation to file any document in the High Court.
