Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide, in tabular form, a list of all professional fees, including but not limited to legal, consultancy, IT related, advisory, advertising and accountancy; the company name and the amount invoiced between 1 June 2012 and 31 May 2013. I am assuming that the Deputy in her question is only referring to situations where the fees paid were subject to professional services withholding tax. Based on this assumption my Department has supplied me with the figures set out as follows for the period 1 June 2012 to 31 May 2013:
