358. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the reason a basic payment of €19.50 has not been paid in respect of one week in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [36710/13]

The person concerned has been in receipt of a basic payment at the rate of €19.10 per week since 30 May 2013, the date she first stayed at her current address in the Eyre Powell Hostel in Newbridge, Co Kildare. She has been paid in full up to and including 24 July 2013 at the rate appropriate to a person in direct provision.
