765. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he intends to instruct the Railway Procurement Agency to employ undercover ticket inspectors and security personnel; and if he will be instructing the RPA to increase the frequency of ticket inspections on the Luas red line.
