Questions (1297)

Aengus Ó Snodaigh

Question:

1297. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Health the reason an automatic answering system and auto attendance system for switch boards is being installed in Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Crumlin, despite the fact that a similar system introduced in St Vincent's Hospital Dublin has been turned off because it is not customer friendly; and the logic behind the introduction of such a system and the cost for each hospital where such a system has been installed.
