The derogation contained in Statutory Instrument 366 of 2008 - Road Traffic (Construction and Use of Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations, 2008, permitting certain classes of vehicles which were first registered, licensed or in use before 1st November 2008 to exceed 4.65 metres in height, terminates on 31st October 2013 and I have no proposals to extend it.
