354. Deputy Simon Harris asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding plans to replace prefabs at a school (details supplied) in County Wicklow with permanent classrooms; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38057/13]
View answerThe school referred to by the Deputy was one of the schools approved funding under my Department's 2012 Prefab Replacement Initiative. The School Management Authority have confirmed that works have recently commenced on the site for the provision of 5 permanent mainstream classrooms and an office.
