769. Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the full year saving to the Exchequer if all non-commercial State sponsored bodies CEO salaries under the aegis of his Department were reduced by 10%; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39266/13]
View answerI am advised that an estimated pay saving of €105,000 would accrue if the salaries of the CEO's/Directors of non-commercial State bodies/agencies funded from my Department's Vote Group were reduced by 10%. This figure does not take account of the North South Implementation Bodies under the aegis of my Department, where pay and conditions are governed by the North South Ministerial Council.
