874. Deputy Andrew Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 471 of 18 July 2013, if he will outline in tabular form the complete list of estates and properties in two counties (details supplied) that have been exempted from the local property tax following a challenge to the Ombudsman; the total number of complaints that have been received by the Ombudsman in the two said counties; if he will break this down into developments where a waiver for a household charge applied; if his Department have examined the complaints and the ones they have ruled on; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department received no complaints from the Office of the Ombudsman in relation to the counties in question.
