192. Deputy Patrick Nulty asked the Minister for Health when a child (details supplied) in Dublin 15 will be assessed by the Dublin 15 early intervention team: the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38949/13]

The particular issue raised by the Deputy is a service matter for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy.
