IDA Ireland is the only State Agency under the aegis of my Department that owns property in Co. Kildare. The management of IDA Ireland’s Industrial property portfolio is a day-to-day operational matter for the Agency, as part of the statutory responsibility assigned to it by the Oireachtas, and it is not a matter in which the Minister of the day has any involvement. I have been informed by IDA that the Agency has 5 properties in County Kildare and details of the status of these properties is set out in the following tabular statement.
