View answerThe Local Government (Household Charge) Act 2011 has provide d the legislative basis for the Household Charge. The Local Government Management Agency has administered the Household Charge system on a shared service/agency basis for all county and city councils.
The following table, based on data provided by the Agency, details total Household Charge revenue raised by local authority area , as of 2 October 2013.
