An application was received on 15 April 2013 requesting the transfer of 22.55 Single Payment entitlements from a deceased person to the person named under the 2013 scheme year.

Under the Will of the deceased, other persons are the rightful beneficiaries of the Single Payment entitlements. Before the requested transfer can be completed, these persons must indicate their intention, if they so wish, to waive their rights in favour of the person named. To date we have received seven such waivers however, the forms submitted were incorrectly completed and therefore had to be returned. Upon receipt of the correctly completed waivers, the application will be processed. An official from my Department is in contact with the person named regarding this matter.
