214. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health the number of local health centres or clinics which were closed over this Government's term in office. [42979/13]

Minister of State at the Department of Health

The Health Service Executive (HSE) has responsibility for the provision of Primary Care Centres, the operation and maintenance of existing health centres and clinics and the provision of services at such centres. Therefore, this matter has been referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
