The reduction mentioned arose following the identification of an over-claim in the eligible area of three of the land parcels declared by the person named. Correspondence has been exchanged with the person named regarding this matter, as a result of which a review is currently underway. When this review is finalised, the person named will be notified of the outcome and, in the event that they are dissatisfied, the person named can then appeal to the independently chaired LPIS Appeals Committee.
