424. Deputy Seán Kenny asked the Minister for Health the percentage and number of persons living in the Dublin 5,13 and 17 areas who are in receipt of medical cards, general practitioner only cards and the drugs refund scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [43386/13]
