137. Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the number of first time medical cards that were applied for in 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; the number of those cards that were awarded; and from those applications the number that were awarded general practitioner only cards; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
