Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health if he is satisfied, with respect to cancer patients at the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Limerick, that all data protection legislation is being complied with, both for public and private patients; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
