Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the number of requests the Health Service Executive has made under section 8 of the Health (Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2013 to the Department of Social Protection to provide personal data where it is required for assessing or reviewing the eligibility of persons for services provided under the Health Acts 1970 to 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
