View answerMy Department established a stakeholder group to progress a review of speed limits nationally. The Automobile Association, An Garda Síochána, the Road Safety Authority, the National Roads Authority, representatives of local authorities and the National Transport Authority accepted my invitation to participate in the Working Group. The Group is putting the final touches to its report and I expect to launch it before the end of this month.
