Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he has engaged with the ESB to ascertain the reason the pension levy is being charged on all ESB pensioners for life as opposed to the duration of the pension levy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
