775. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the extent of costs incurred by his Department in each of the past five years to date in 2013 in respect of cases brought before the courts on constitutional grounds; the extent to which benefit in the common good was sustained; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
