975. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [47127/13]

A review of the area declared by the person named under Single Payment in 2013 revealed significant ineligible areas on foot of which the person named was written to by my Department in a letter dated 20 September 2013.

He subsequently appealed the decision and the matter is currently under review.
