View answerIn 2003 payments totalling €10,406 were made to Mr. Michael O'Higgins S.C. in relation to his work for Judge Barron's Commission of Inquiry into the Dublin and Monaghan bombings.
The following payments were made to Senior Counsel as part of their engagement in the Moriarty Tribunal Legal Team.
