542. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if, under section 24(5)(g) of the Multi-Unit Development Act 2011, an order amending the covenants contained in an agreement, including a lease between the developer, owners' management company and the unit owners, has ever been availed of; if he will provide instances where this provision has been applied; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been advised by the Courts Service that the information sought by the Deputy in respect of court orders under section 24 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 is not available since court records are not maintained in a manner which identifies such cases according to the types of orders granted.
