Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payments under the 2013 disadvantaged areas based scheme and the 2013 single farm payment scheme will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; the reason for the delay in issuing this payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As processing of the application of the person named under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme/ Disadvantaged Areas Scheme has recently been finalised, payments under both Schemes are due to issue to the person named in the coming days, directly to the nominated bank account.
