The operation of the National Driver Licensing Service is a matter for the Road Safety Authority (RSA).   The RSA informed me of the breach and assured me that no personal financial information was compromised. I understand that the RSA has notified the Data Commissioner of the incident. The RSA is also investigating the incident. As this is a matter for the RSA, I have forwarded the question to the Authority for direct reply, and I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received in the next ten days.
