104. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform where the index of precedents requirement is covered in the Freedom of Information Bill 2013. [49774/13]

It is envisaged that specific precedents that may be relevant to the performance of a public body’s statutory functions will be encompassed as appropriate under the publication scheme to be made under section 8 of the Freedom of Information Bill 2013.
