213. Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for Education and Skills the actions he proposes to take to ensure that gym facilities are available to students attending a school (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [50165/13]

I wish to advise the Deputy that the school in question has a large General Purpose room as part of its suite of accommodation. It is open to the school authorities to utilise this facility for physical education purposes, including the activities to which the Deputy refers.
