View answerUnder a recent review of land eligibility carried out by my Department some of the land claimed by this herdowner on his Single Payment Scheme application form was deemed to include ineligible features. A letter was received from the herdowner on 22 November 2013 contesting the extent of the ineligible features. The Department will arrange for an official to visit the farm in the near future to in order to verify the position.
