106. Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will review the procedure whereby persons applying for social housing must receive proof from the land registry from any country that they previously lived in that they do not own land or property there because, in many cases, it is just not possible depending on the country (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
