View answerUnfortunately, it is not possible for my Department to issue a letter as requested as we do not have access to the State's marriage records. Mr. Healy may wish to contact the General Register Office to seek a letter from them confirming there is no marriage record on file for him. My Department will then be happy to authenticate a letter issued by the General Register Office for use in South Africa.
