Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy asked the Minister for Health the reason a proposal to build a primary care centre in an area (details supplied) in County Offaly can no longer proceed, despite the fact that considerable preplanning was conducted with the local Health Service Executive representatives and as a result of which a considerable sum of money has already been invested in planning and development of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
