View answerI have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a Tax Credit Certificate incorporating amended tax credits and USC details issued to the person and the person’s employer on 27 November 2013. Based on details currently available the correct tax credits have been granted and on this basis the correct PAYE, PRSI and USC should be deducted by the person's employer. If the person concerned believes that additional tax credits are due, he should contact Kildare Revenue District.
