The former Commission for Taxi Regulation was subsumed into the National Transport Authority with effect from 1 January 2011. It is a matter, in the circumstances, for the NTA to confirm if any Local Authority requested support towards the development of infrastructure for small public service vehicles (SPSVs).
Your request for copies of an audit report undertaken by the former Commission for Taxi Regulation in 2009 and 2010 has been referred also the the NTA, along with your request for any reports resulting from the aforementioned audit or any research papers, recommendations, conclusions or actions emanating from the audit.
