162. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Finance the expenditure incurred in respect of consultants and experts advising his Department in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013; the projected cost of same in 2014 in relation to the European Stability Mechanism and the new European Union banking supervision and support mechanisms in 2013, 2014 and 2015. My response is in relation to the Department of Finance only. No such costs have been incurred by my Department in relation to either of these issues to date and there are no budgets allocated for same during 2014 or 2015.
