942. Deputy Terence Flanagan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if discussions have taken place between the National Transport Authority and Irish Rail regarding offering commuters cheaper fares for travelling on the DART during off-peak times; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
