204. Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health when Health Service Executive staff who are working in an acting capacity and were assured as part of the Haddington Road Agreement that they would be converted to the full post by 1 October 2013 with back pay to 1 July 2013 will come into effect; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Haddington Road Agreement makes provision for the regularisation of long-term acting positions. I understand that this regularisation process is currently in progress and have referred the question to the HSE for a direct reply to the Deputy.
