I have been in touch with the Health Service Executive (HSE) who advise that they are making every effort possible to locate records in this case. However, given the time lines in this case, it is proving extremely difficult to access any records. The HSE will be in touch with the Deputy and will make whatever report is possible available to her.

The Haddington Road Agreement makes provision for the regularisation of long-term acting positions. I understand that this regularisation process is currently in progress and have referred the question to the HSE for a direct reply to the Deputy.
