View answerAn application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 13 May 2013, processing of which has recently been finalised. Payments under the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme issued directly to the nominated bank account of the person named on the 27 January 2014.
