Managing the delivery of healthcare construction projects is a service matter. Therefore your question has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply.

In relation to the smaller agencies directly funded by my Department, information in relation to the impact of the new Building Control Regulations 2013 on building projects currently underway is not available at the moment. Such information will forwarded on its receipt.
